Follow the steps to complete your accommodation application

Terms and Conditions

Please read and accept the terms before proceeding with the application.

  1. Resident students are advised to declare their personal properties (e.g. fridge, TV, laptop) with Safety and Security upon arrival at the College.
  2. Only the portable appliances shall be allowed into residences.
  3. Respect the individual rights of choice and opinion of their fellow resident.
  4. Keep residential environment (rooms, corridors, kitchens, ablution facilities, balconies, roof tops, surrounding, etc.) in a clean living condition at all times.
  5. Make use of facilities with responsibility and accountability in accordance with the rules and regulations of the residences.
  6. Avoid harbouring any unauthorised person(s) in the residence(s).
  7. Renting out the College room shall not be allowed.
  8. Exchanging or giving a key to any other person by residents shall not be allowed.
  9. Do not smoke and drink alcohol in and around the residences.
  10. Do not play loud music in the residences and nearby surroundings.
  11. Students shall not be allowed to host events in their residences, but only at designated areas.
  12. Unauthorised occupation or squatting is not allowed in the College Residences.
  13. Students shall not use student residences for commercial or business purposes (trading and selling not allowed).
  14. Students shall not bring dangerous weapons into the Residences and nearby surroundings.
